The Personal Assistant to Senior Managers is tasked with providing comprehensive administrative support and serving as a key liaison within the organization. This position demands a high level of initiative, resourcefulness, confidentiality, diplomacy, and exceptional communication skills. The Personal Assistant ensures effective planning and organization of the Senior Management’s workload and provides additional support to other managers as necessary.
Main Duties
* Serve as the primary contact point for internal and external communications, ensuring confidentiality and timely responses.
* Organize and manage the Senior Manager’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and diary management.
* Prepare accurate documentation, correspondence, and reports, including both routine and non-routine letters.
* Maintain efficient manual and electronic filing systems for quick information retrieval.
* Support meeting preparations, including minute-taking and distribution of necessary documentation.
* Support the administration and tracking of NMC/GMC registrations and Endowment funds/budget trackers.
* Ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations, Access to Health Records Act, and other relevant legislation regarding confidential data.
* Take minutes for meetings and liaise with family members
