Summary: We’re seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to help shape and support a thriving domiciliary-style care service. In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the Registered Manager to ensure high standards of safety, effectiveness, and quality across daily operations. You’ll be a visible presence during early mornings, evenings, and weekends, offering reassurance to staff, families, and residents alike. Alongside leadership responsibilities, you’ll remain hands-on in care delivery, while also contributing to administration, compliance checks, and quality assurance.
