Job Title: Lead Project Professional - Delivery

Salary: £47,271 + depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Working with customers and stakeholders to drive and manage delivery of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) onto platform
* Influencing and management of a wide range of stakeholders including MOD and shipbuilder
* Understanding and managing complex dependencies across stakeholders
* Reporting project status at monthly reviews
* Business improvement and implementation of programme initiatives
* Building and maintaining effective liaison with all functional groups involved in project delivery
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Proven ability to lead and deliver complex systems engineering projects from inception to completion
* Expertise in stakeholder engagement, dependency management, and clear, confident communication across all levels
* Strong capability to challenge stakeholders constructively and ensure accountability for performance and delivery outcomes
* Proficient in project scheduling, control mechanisms, and progress reporting to drive transparency and efficiency
* Advanced problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving cross-functional delivery issues and aligning stakeholders to meet critical deadlines
Desirable:
* Possession of, or actively pursuing, a recognised project management qualification
