Your new role:
The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing relationships with Pro Carrier's key enterprise clients. This role focuses on ensuring end-to-end performance, linehaul accountability, comprehensive reporting, and overall account health. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of logistics, and a proven track record of driving client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
· Serve as the internal point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at Pro Carrier.
· Understand client needs and align Pro Carrier's services to meet their business objectives.
· Conduct regular business reviews to assess account performance to support growth opportunities.
· Oversee the entire client journey, from onboarding to ongoing service delivery, ensuring seamless execution of logistics solutions.
· Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, and linehaul) to ensure service levels meet or exceed client expectations.
· Proactively identify and resolve performance issues to maintain high service quality.
· Monitor and support linehaul operations to ensure timely, cost-effective, and reliable transportation services
· Work closely with carriers and logistics teams to optimise linehaul schedules, routes, and capacity.
· Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and performance metrics alongside the Head of Enterprise Accounts
· Develop and deliver comprehensive reports for internal and external reference, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), service metrics, and cost analysis.
· Utilise data-driven insights to provide actionable recommendations for improving efficiency and reducing costs.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities and performance in CRM systems.
· Monitor account health through regular performance evaluations, client feedback, and proactive issue resolution.
· Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional Pro Carrier services to enhance client value.
· Mitigate risks by addressing potential challenges before they impact the client experience.
· Partner with internal teams, including operations, finance, and It, to deliver tailored solutions for enterprise clients.
· Contribute to the development of strategic account plans to drive long-term growth and client satisfaction.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position Pro Carrier as a market leader.
* Required Skills and Experience:
· Proven experience in reporting management, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
· Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
· Familiarity with Ecommerce delivery logistics is advantageous
· Travel in and around Europe
