As a Claims Handler, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and partners, managing claims from first notification through to settlement – efficiently, fairly, and with empathy. You’ll assess coverage, validate information, keep accurate records, and ensure every claim is handled in line with regulatory and company standards.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Experience in insurance, customer service, or claims handling is preferred but not essential.
