Specification Sales Manager
This is a home and field-based sales role with responsibility for developing and maintaining a close and professional relationship with Developers and housebuilders for residential projects. You'll engage with key decision-makers during the early planning stages of residential projects influencing specifications and managing projects through to completion.
This is a brand new role within a new team selling an established brand across the South of the UK. As the team grows this role offers an exciting path towards team management for the right candidate.

You will need to be career driven, looking for progression, self-reliant and operating in a structured sales environment plus be able to bring fresh ideas for developing the brand. You will need to have worked in a specification role and have experience of selling to developers and/or housebuilders, ideally with experience of selling a technical product.
Basic £47500-£50,000 plus £20,000 Bonus, Hybrid Car, Pension Package
