The Role
Were looking for an accomplished senior marketing professional to lead the strategy and execution for two flagship B2B exhibitions and a thriving digital community.
Reporting directly to the Director, this leadership role is central to shaping brand narratives, driving audience growth, and delivering measurable results.
Youll lead a team of three, overseeing campaign strategy, brand positioning, content, and digital marketing.
What Youll Do
Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, PR, and partnerships
Drive audience acquisition and engagement for exhibitions and online communities
Analyse campaign performance and optimise for maximum ROI
Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently
Protect and elevate brand positioning across all channels
Champion innovation introducing new tools, channels, and AI-led initiatives
Lead, mentor, and motivate a small but high-performing marketing team
Collaborate on conference strategy, content, and speaker engagement
Support commercial teams with sponsor and partner marketing
Build and manage strategic media and industry partnerships
What Youll Bring
Experience of marketing large-scale B2B events, exhibitions, or conferences
Proven success delivering integrated campaigns that drive measurable growth
Strong understanding of digital marketing, automation, and content-led engagement
Excellent copywriting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
A track record of leading and developing teams
Data-informed decision-making balanced with creativity and innovation
