Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected and well-established company specialising in the manufacture and supply of aluminium bifold doors and window frames, to recruit a successful Sales Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis. As the first point of contact for all customers, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales and production process. You'll handle enquiries, process quotes and orders, and ensure seamless communication between the customer and production team. This is a fully office-based role, working closely within a supportive team. Key Responsibilities for the Sales Administrator role: * Be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries via phone and email. * Receive and process requests for quotes and direct orders, using bespoke industry software * Generate and issue quotes and order confirmations for customer approval. * Quote and take orders for aluminium window frames and bifold door systems. * Prepare and print fabrication work sheets and cutting labels for the production team. * Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving any issues with professionalism and efficiency. * Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations – support and training are always on hand. Candidate Requirements for the Sales Administrator role: * Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role preferred. * Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. * Confident communicator with a positive, customer-focused attitude. * Ability to learn new software quickly – experience with First Degree (or similar) is a plus * A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
