Hours: 31 hours per week, 8.30am - 3.30pm, Monday to Friday

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Cover Supervisor, to manage students during teachers’ absence. Work will be set by a qualified teacher and will need to be presented to students. The Cover Supervisor will need to manage the classroom to maintain a good learning environment, support students with their learning and support subject areas with various duties.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* To maintain a constructive learning environment
* To supervise pupils, ensuring they work on task
* To support pupils, where appropriate, offering advice and guidance to pupils of all ages and abilities in order that their work is of a high standard
* To maintain behaviour and discipline of pupils in line with school policies
* To work with appropriate senior staff to ensure that school policies are adhered to
