An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee a skilled maintenance team within a busy, fast-paced operational setting.
Youll ensure everything behind the scenes, from equipment to facilities, runs seamlessly, safely, and efficiently.
Youll manage a small team of technicians, balancing planned and reactive maintenance while keeping all areas compliant, functional, and ready for the demands of the business.
As the Maintenance Manager, you will: Lead, support, and develop a dedicated maintenance team.
Plan, schedule, and track maintenance activities using internal systems.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or building issues efficiently.
Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Oversee essential inspections, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.
Manage MHE (Material Handling Equipment) training, testing, and record-keeping.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths.
RTITB Forklift Instructor qualification.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
Full UK driving licence.
Desirable: City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or BTEC in mechanical, electrical, or building maintenance.
Experience in maintenance management or facilities supervision.
40-hour week, MondayFriday (occasional weekend or bank holiday work).
30 days annual leave including bank holidays.
