Reservations Manager – The Blues Kitchen, Camden We’re looking for someone at the start of their hospitality career who understands that every booking is the beginning of a guest’s experience. Whether it’s a table for two, a birthday party, or a big group night out, you’ll help make sure every guest journey starts smoothly and feels personal. This is a great opportunity for someone with around a year of experience in reservations, hosting, events or guest services who wants to grow in a fast-paced, commercial hospitality environment. The role You’ll support the reservations function across The Blues Kitchen, working closely with venues and the wider team to keep bookings organised, accurate and guest-focused. You’ll: Manage reservations using systems like OpenTable and Collins (full training provided) Respond to guest enquiries by email and phone in a clear, friendly and professional way Capture key details like dietary requirements, special occasions and guest preferences Help ensure smooth communication between guests, venue teams and internal departments Support private hire and group bookings, learning how to maximise covers and opportunities Track booking trends and help the team understand what’s working. You’ll also work closely with marketing and venue teams, getting great exposure to how a busy hospitality group operates. What we’re looking for: You might have worked in a restaurant, bar, events role, front desk or reservations team. Confident on email and phone, with a friendly and professional tone. You enjoy keeping things accurate and on top of multiple requests. You’re interested in how bookings drive business and guest loyalty. You’re looking for development and a pathway into more senior reservations, events or commercial roles.
