Overview
Full‑time, Part‑time, or Job Share – Permanent Contract, 18.5–36.75 hours per week.
Annual salary: £29,256 (includes £1,547 store location allowance). Pension and 6.6 weeks holiday are included.

Role
Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. You’ll cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily. In this role you will:
* Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure operations run smoothly.
* Deploy colleagues correctly to deliver ‘every customer count’ throughout your shift.
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
* Maintain safety standards and compliance at all times.
