We are growing. Fast. And we’re looking for an experienced Delivery Consultant who’s ready to hit the ground running.
Connected Search Group partner with exciting high-growth businesses across engineering, medical technology, finance and professional services—and we need an agile operator who can help us consistently deliver top-tier talent across a number of our core key accounts.
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning candidate delivery across retained and exclusive mandates
* Building and nurturing talent pipelines in niche verticals
* Working closely with our consultants to ensure seamless client delivery
* Managing a "concierge" candidate experience from first contact to offer
* Using tech, data and insights to improve search outcomes
What we’re looking for:
* A sharp communicator who can build rapport quickly
* Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
* Recruitment experience in engineering, life sciences, or professional services
