GENERAL MANAGER - HIGH-VOLUME, HIGH-ENERGY RESTAURANT - HEREFORD
Up to £55,000 Package | £40,000 - £43,000 Base + Bonus | Full-time | Up to 48 hours per week | 5 days out of 7

We are looking for an exceptional General Manager - ideally from a big-city, branded, high-volume background - who is ready to relocate and take on something with real autonomy, impact, and scale.

GENERAL MANAGER - THE ROLE
You will lead a large, dynamic front-of-house operation in an exceptionally busy environment. We’re talking high covers, rapid table turns, constant energy, and zero let-up.
But this role goes far beyond running shifts.
You will:

Take full ownership of a flagship, high-volume restaurant

Lead from the floor in peak service while thinking strategically off it

Drive performance, culture, standards and results

Deliver major events and high-profile bookings

Contribute to wider business projects and growth plans

Work directly with senior leadership on expansion initiatives

Proven experience as a General Manager in a very high-volume, branded or city-centre restaurant

Experience leading large teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

A visible, floor-based leader who builds culture and accountability
