Location: Taunton Outskirts (own transport needed due to rural location)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Up to £24K PA
Hours: 9am-5pm Mon-Thurs, 9am-4pm Fri (36.5 hours/week)

As a Sales Administrator, you'll be the friendly and efficient link between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service.
Customer Orders
Receive and process orders via email, phone, or website
Confirm details and manage invoicing and despatchCustomer Service
Handle queries on orders, deliveries, and stock
Support account managers with follow-ups and adminInternal Coordination
Liaise with production, planning, and despatch teamsAdministration & Reporting
Maintain accurate records and generate reports
Assist with general sales admin tasksWhat You'll Bring:
Strong customer service skills
Confident IT user (Microsoft 365: Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication
