Overview
Hours: Full time hours are 37.5 per week, with consideration for part-time hours. Initial training period is full-time for up to 12 weeks. Location: Swindon (hybrid working after training period). Salary: Starting at £23,809 per annum with opportunities to increase within the first year. Closing date for applications: 8th September 2025. Start date into role: TBC.

What you will be doing: You will be an integral part of our business, supporting customers and advisers with queries on applications or policies. This role focuses on understanding caller needs and delivering a great outcome, with opportunities to contribute to shaping the business and suggesting improvements. The role is up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm. Hybrid working is available, with up to 50% of time from home once up to speed. We have part-time, job-share and full-time roles available.
