A leading environmental consultancy is seeking a driven Environmental Consultant to join a dynamic and supportive UK Environment Practice.
You'll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across energy, transport, utilities, ports & harbours, and built environment sectors, tackling pressing challenges like climate change, urbanisation, and social inclusion.
What You'll Do
Support the coordination and delivery of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), consenting processes, options appraisals, and environmental management projects
Compile, edit, and present information clearly in well-structured reports
Deliver high-quality work, on time and within budget, managing your own project responsibilities
Assist senior management with bids and project delivery, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction
Maintain and develop professional expertise through continual professional development (CPD) with your chosen institution
What You'll Bring
A degree or master's in environmental science or a related field
EIA and consenting experience across any relevant sector
Working towards chartership with a professional body (e.g., IEMA, CIWEM, CIEEM, RTPI, ICE)
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to prioritise tasks, work well under pressure, and adapt to new challenges
Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, self-motivated mindset
