Build trusting relationships with students, encouraging their social interactions and helping them navigate the school environment comfortably. Engage with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress and share effective strategies to support learning at home. Qualifications: Previous experience supporting students with autism and sensory processing needs is highly advantageous. Familiarity with sensory integration techniques and interventions that promote engagement and learning. A calm, patient, and flexible approach to working with students with diverse needs. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain open lines of communication with parents. A clear DBS check is required to ensure the safety and welfare of all students.
