Business Change Manager | £- p/day (Outside IR35) | UK, Remote (Occasional workshops on-site) | 3-Month Contract (Possibility of Extension)We're supporting a client with an urgent contract requirement for a Business Change Manager / Senior Business Analyst to drive a business-critical data adoption initiative.The Role:This is a business-facing change role - You'll be pivotal in aligning stakeholders, clarifying processes, and ensuring business readiness for an MVP roll-out.Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead stakeholder engagement
2. Drive business process mapping, ownership, and accountability
3. Deliver communications, change adoption, and business engagement strategies
4. Execute existing change plans and support process clarity
Ideal Experience:
5. Proven experience in business change roles (must-have)
6. Familiarity with data management/governance projects from a change perspective
7. Excellent communication, process, and stakeholder management skills
8. Able to operate confidently in ambiguity and drive clarity
Project Context:
9. Supporting an Informatica MVP across promo analytics, product/pricing, and shipping
10. Tech delivery is strong - the gap is business adoption and process ownership
11. Goal: Deliver MVP in 3 months, prove the model, and scale globally
