Leasehold Litigation Solicitor - Sussex

A well-regarded firm in Sussex is seeking an experienced Leasehold Litigation Solicitor to join its specialist Property Dispute Resolution team. The Role
You will manage a focused and varied caseload relating to leasehold and residential property disputes, including:
* Lease extensions, enfranchisement and right to manage claims
* Service charge disputes and breach of covenant issues
* Disrepair claims and landlord and tenant disputes
* Advising managing agents, freeholders, leaseholders and property companies
* Conducting cases from instruction through to resolution, including tribunal and court proceedings
* Supporting business development and maintaining strong professional relationships

About You
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in leasehold litigation or wider property litigation
* Strong technical knowledge of landlord and tenant law
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage your own caseload independently
* Professional, proactive and committed to delivering excellent client service
