Job Description:
Deliver a stimulating and inclusive RE curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential for KS5
Encourage debate, reflection, and cultural awareness in a safe and respectful environment
Promote critical thinking and ethical understanding through engaging lessons
Work collaboratively with colleagues on whole-school initiatives and cross-curricular projects
Ensure all pupils, including those with SEND, are supported, challenged, and celebrated
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have experience teaching RE in a secondary school setting
Be a motivational and empathetic educator with strong classroom management
Understand teen development, safeguarding protocols, and inclusive teaching strategies
Be passionate about religious education, cultural diversity, and helping students reach their full potential
