Internal Sales Executive required.
We are an Outdoor Power Equipment, Importer/Distributor looking for a new team member at our Bidford on Avon facility, working in our Sales Department, handling incoming calls and and general duties as required.
The Internal Sales Executive will work in harmony with existing Area Sales Managers. We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in internal sales in a technical environment.
· Handle internal sales enquiries from the dealer network and advising, in a consultative capacity, as to which products best suit their requirements.
· Up-selling where appropriate to ensure that the customer requirements are met with the best solution possible within budget.
· Handling enquiries from consumers via phone and email and advising them in relation to best product fit, while guiding them towards their local dealer.
· Deal with commercial (non-dealer) customers directly via phone and email.
· Outbound tele sales activities will be required from time to time to promote special offers or new product lines.
Requirements:
· A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar internal sales role.
· Experience with admin, order processing, tele-sales, dispatch and handling back orders.
· Must have strong technical acumen with the ability to absorb and understand technical product information.
· Ability to develop relationships with customers and sell in a consultative manner.
Salary and Benefits:
* €26,000-€30,000 - DOE
