* Manage and grow your own portfolio of commercial clients.
* Build strong relationships and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
* Identify opportunities for new business and cross-selling.
* Work closely with the wider team to ensure excellent client service.
What Theyre Looking For
* A proven background in commercial insurance.
* Experience developing and retaining a book of business.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Cert CII / DIP CII (preferred but not essential).
