Job Title: Key Account Executive

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Location: Chesterfield, Derby, Leicester, or Nottingham with agile working; additional travel required

Contract: Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)


Purpose of the Role

Are you an experienced relationship manager? Do you excel at developing and growing memberships? Are you driven to achieve high standards in all business activities? If so, you could be our next team member.

As a Key Account Executive, you will ensure that Chamber members receive exceptional value from their membership. Your role will involve managing a portfolio of key accounts, aligning their goals with the Chamber’s objectives to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Building, maintaining, and strengthening business relationships, ensuring high levels of engagement, satisfaction, and retention are essential components of this role.


Key Responsibilities

1. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key accounts to ensure high engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
2. Work closely with senior stakeholders within key accounts to align Chamber products and services with their business goals, maximizing mutual long-term value.
3. Implement strategic plans to foster account growth.
4. Collaborate with the membership and marketing teams to ensure seamless account delivery and an enhanced member experience.
5. Monitor key account performance, track engagement levels, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.


Ideal Candidate Profile

* Proven experience in membership, customer success, business development, or relationship management roles.
* Strong desire for innovation and ability to develop and gain agreement on value-adding business solutions.
* Experience working with diverse businesses at various levels.
* Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency with CRM software.
