Grassland Agro, part of Groupe Roullier, sources, produces, and sells a complete range of conventional and specialty fertilizers, soil conditioning products, animal mineral blocks, biostimulants, and dairy hygiene products. We are seeking a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager for the Northern Ireland region. The role involves developing long-term customer relationships, connecting with industry stakeholders, and executing strategic sales and operational plans. Responsibilities include product presentation, optimizing distribution, managing customer accounts, enforcing sales policies, supporting the technical sales team, and promoting company policies.
Requirements include a third-level qualification in Agriculture or Business, proven sales management experience, technical knowledge of the agri-sector, strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, excellent communication, and a full clean driver’s license.
