Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organised Learner Engagement Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for learners, supporting them throughout their journey, encouraging engagement, and ensuring they complete their programmes successfully.
Key Responsibilities:

Support learners throughout their programme, offering guidance, advice, and encouragement.
*
Monitor learner attendance, progress, and engagement, escalating concerns where necessary.
*
Organise and deliver learner engagement activities, workshops, and events.
*
Maintain accurate records and produce reports on learner engagement and outcomes.
*
Work closely with tutors, assessors, and other staff to ensure learners’ needs are met.
*
Contribute to improving the overall learner experience and retention rates.
Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
*
Experience in learner support, mentoring, or pastoral care (desirable but not essential).
*
Confident using IT systems for record keeping and reporting.
*
Ability to motivate and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds.
