We are looking for an enthusiastic reservations coordinator to join the back of house team on a part time basis over 3 days from 7. Please note, weekend cover may be required.
The Dome has grown to be an iconic destination for both locals and visitors from further afield, offering 3 dining areas, 4 meeting rooms and an intimate private dining space. We are a must see for anyone visiting the city and pride ourselves on providing a one of a kind experience; combining gold standard service from the get go and a versatile range of dining options in relaxed yet opulent surroundings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet guests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner, ensuring that the highest level of customer care and service are maintained at all times.
* Deal efficiently and accurately with all enquiries, reservation requests, confirmation of bookings and special requests by email and over the phone.
* Deal effectively with complaints and comments, take the correct action and remain courteous at all times.
* Sell Gift Vouchers over the telephone.
* Be knowledgeable of The Dome's facilities, menus, timings etc.
* Assist the Duty Managers with any other reasonable duties as requested.
Experience and Qualities Required:
* Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Great attention to detail
* Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
* Experience in the use of Sevenrooms Reservations System would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
* Knowledge of the local area
