Our client, a UK leading real estate and planning consultancy is urgently looking for a Town Planner to join their growing planning team in Essex. The successful Town Planner will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of medium and large scale residential, mixed use, commercial and retail schemes.
Qualifications:
In this instance applications are sought from candidates with previous planning consultancy experience and will be working towards becoming a Chartered Member of the RTPI.
Responsibilities:
Within the role the successful Town Planner will be working to deliver planning applications and appeals, undertaking site appraisals, developing planning strategies and providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.
