Overview
We’re looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults across Ashford and surrounding areas. You’ll work mornings, 7am – 1pm and/or evenings, 14:00–22:00, and we require you to work alternate weekends. Guaranteed Hours contracts are available for extra security.

Our visits are at least an hour long so you can focus on what matters — helping someone feel safe, comfortable and valued.
Responsibilities
* Support older adults with personal care and mobility.
* Make a meal or a comforting cuppa.
* Keep their home tidy and safe.
* Share stories, laughter and companionship.
* Support with some health tasks — e.g. catheter care, stoma care, nail care (training provided).
What you’ll need
* Right to work in the UK
* Full driving licence & access to a car
* Clear English and good communication skills
* No previous care experience? No problem — we’ll train, support and cheer you on from day one.
