Basic Salary: £28,000 - £39,520
Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About Our School

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a SEN Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the complex ASC & SEMH needs of all pupils.
* Support the class team in facilitating learning opportunities and promoting positive behaviors.
* Report on pupils' progress and concerns, collaborating with other staff to ensure all needs are met.
* Supervise pupils during non-classroom time, including extracurricular activities and school trips.
* Build positive relationships with your pupils, driving interaction and positive learning outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should:
* Hold qualified teacher status (QTS).
* Have a suitable qualification at degree level.
* Possess previous successful teaching experience, preferably in KS1/2.
* Have experience working with pupils with SEND in an educational setting.
* Be skilled in behavior management techniques.
* Be committed to your professional development and eager to learn.
* Be willing to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to starting work.
