About the Role
We are seeking a skilledMaintenance Technicianto join our client, supporting plant reliability and maintenance in a process plant environment. You will play a key role in carrying out planned and breakdown maintenance, diagnosing faults, and ensuring safety and efficiency across all plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine and emergency maintenance on plant machinery within your competence and authority.
* Diagnose faults and complete work orders in SAP.
* Isolate, test, and restart equipment safely.
* Participate in call-out rota for unscheduled maintenance.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and assist with site projects.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
What Youll Need
* Time-served Mechanical Technician with City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3, ONC, or HNC qualifications.
* Experience in a process plant environment, including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
* Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and COMAH requirements.
* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
