Do you want a role where you'll work autonomously on major projects whilst developing junior Engineers in a role that offers plenty of variety? In this varied role you will work autonomously on a variety of residential and commercial projects creating structural designs and calculations. You'll also be responsible for managing projects, liaising within clients and representing the business. This role would suit a Structural Engineer or similar looking for clear route to progress through to directorship, support through chartership and be respected to work autonomously; having ownership over projects from conception to completion.
