What You'll Be Doing as a Shift Engineer (electrical bias) with Ocado Logistics:
~ Conducting planned and reactive maintenance
identifying and implementing improvements to enhance machine reliability
and performance – making sure our thousands of customers receive their
shopping on time and in the best quality.
~ Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring and analysing data to identify
trends and implement solutions that improve our overall MHE performance.

A strong technical background in automation hardware and software,
o HNC Engineering or equivalent, or
o An Engineering Technician Apprenticeship, or
o Manufacturers PLC training, or
o Electrical and/or mechanical skills (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent), ideally
gained in an FMCG environment.
Computer literacy and experience with Computerised Maintenance
Physical fitness to safely perform engineering maintenance activities.
Proficient English language skills for understanding safety information and
technical manuals.
~ Experience in an Engineering Service Support role within an automated
production environment.
