Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive van centre in the Southampton area.
Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

* Monday to Friday working hours from 7:30am to 5:30pm, with every third Saturday morning shift
Duties:
* Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
* Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
* Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
* Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
* Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
Requirements:
* Have a previous working experience within a similar role
* Strong Leadership skills
* A full and valid UK Driving Licence
* Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are Monday to Friday working hours from 7:30am to 5:30pm, with every third Saturday morning shift.
The Salary being offered up to £40000 with OTE £45000.
