Our client is seeking an Interim Senior Legal Counsel to join their dynamic team in Uxbridge for a 3-6 month contract starting ASAP.
* Draft and negotiate agreements for commercial activities, focusing on sales, supply chain, and procurement.
* Manage marketing, sponsorship, and partnership contracts.
* Oversee significant CAPEX project agreements.
* Provide expert legal advice on digital activities and compliance with data protection laws.
* Develop and implement the competition law strategy.
* Supervise and mentor junior legal team members.
* Conduct training sessions on key legal frameworks for various departments.
* Collaborate with cross-functional risk management teams.
You must be an England and Wales Qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE, preferably with an FMCG background.
You must be immediately available or have a 4 week notice or less.
