What will you actually do as the Marketing Manager?
As the company s first senior marketing hire, you ll:
* Build and deliver data-driven lead generation campaigns at volume
* Analyse, report, and continually refine marketing performance
* Align campaign delivery with sales forecasting and business capacity
* Manage agencies, media buyers, and suppliers to hit KPIs
* Shape the company s growth and future marketing function
You ll thrive here if your toolkit includes and you have
* 5 years in a senior marketing or lead gen role (ideally consumer services, or similar B2C)
* Evidence of managing 7-figure budgets and hitting lead/conversion targets
* A solid grasp of digital and traditional channels
* Commercial awareness and growth-hungry confidence working with leadership teams
* An analytical and results-focused mindset, getting a buzz from hitting numbers and constantly improving performance
* Experience and a hands-on approach, you ve been in the weeds with Google Ads, briefed agencies, and know what good looks like
