* Prepare raw products for cooking
* Follow written instructions accurately
* Complete basic paperwork
* Maintain a clean and hygienic work area

* Good English communication
* Confident with weighing, counting, and handling ingredients
* Willing to work with shellfish and pork products
* Reliable, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Responsible and reliable
* Good understanding of workplace rules and expectations

* Measure and mix ingredients accurately
* Handle raw materials safely (manual handling)
* Operate machinery safely
* Label products correctly
* Maintain high hygiene standards
