Bar & Restaurant Manager in Hitchin | £36,500 + Tronc (up to £10k) + Bonus
I am recruiting for an iconic high quality, high volume venue in Hitchin. This role offers ownership of the day-to-day operation and a clear path into senior management through their progression program.
The Package:
1. £36,500 basic + Upto 10,000 in Tronc + additional bonuses
2. WSET Level 1 & 2 training provided
3. Local and international supplier trips
4. wine at cost, meals on shift, and additional days off annually
5. Generous staff rates across all sites
The Role:
6. Manage and develop the front-of-house and bar teams
7. Oversee daily operations, rotas, and training
8. Manage budgets, costs, and KPIs to maximize profitability
9. Maintain high service standards
10. Coordinate with the kitchen and senior management to drive growth
Requirements:
11. Current Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready for a step up
12. Experience in busy, high-quality restaurant and bar environments
13. Solid commercial awareness
14. Strong knowledge of wine
