We’re looking for an experienced plumber to join our responsive repairs team, working across occupied social housing properties in the local area. This is a long‑term opportunity for someone who delivers high‑quality work and understands the sensitivities of working in tenants’ homes.
Your new role
1. Carrying out day‑to‑day plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied properties
2. Delivering work safely, professionally, and with respect for residents’ homes
3. Working independently with apany van and fuel card provided
What you'll need to succeed
4. Previous experience in social housing repairs or similar domestic maintenance
5. Strong understanding of working in occupied homes
6. NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Plumbing (preferred)
7. Ability to carry out basic associated repairs across other trades
8. Full UK driving licence
9. Based locally to the Northamptonshire area
