Working 15 hours a week at Rosebank House Hospital alongside the multidisciplinary team, you will be the clinical expert from a medical perspective to ensure best practice care is delivered and support the team. You will also work collaboratively with NHS clinicians and commissioners.
Rosebank House Hospital is a small, friendly, and established open mental health rehab service in Reading, with a team that works well together and supports each other.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Ensure that admitted patients are assessed, treated, and discharged safely.
* Medication management.
* Quality assurance, handling complaints, and co-production.
* Delivery of NICE guidance.
* Lead and manage the CPA and ICR processes to ensure full compliance with quality standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
* Full GMC registration with licence to practice.
* MRCPsych or equivalent approved by the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
* Section 12(2) approval, Approved Clinician status.
* Clinical training and experience required for UK CCT.
* Extensive experience in assessment and management of psychiatric patients.
* Ability to take full and independent responsibility for clinical care of patients.
