About the Service:
The Adolescent Safeguarding Service works with families of children aged 12+, focusing on contextual safeguarding, neglect, and family breakdown. The team promotes relationship-based practice to help families overcome challenges and keep children safely at home. Practitioners benefit from integrated support, including adult mental health workers, domestic abuse specialists, and substance misuse professionals.
Role Overview:
The appointed Team Manager will:
* Lead and develop a team of social workers
