* Inventory Control: Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring efficient restocking and minimising stockouts.
* Customer Service: Cultivate a customer‑centric culture and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
* CRM & Sales Funnel Strategy: Utilise the CRM system effectively to track leads and manage the sales pipeline.
* Store Administration: Oversee general store administration, including stock audits, store maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organised environment.

Your Skill Set
Essential Requirements:
* Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience managing and coaching a sales team in a consultative sales environment (not retail).
* Telesales Advantage: Prior telesales experience is highly beneficial.
* Detail‑oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of store operations.
* Prioritization and Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
* Adaptable Communication: Seamlessly transition between telesales and face‑to‑face customer interactions, adapting communication style as needed.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers, team members, and senior management.
* Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, upbeat, and able to motivate and inspire the team.
* Local Residence: Must live within a 30‑minute commute of the store.
* Previous experience in consultative sales and/or telesales is mandatory.
