Marketing Manager - B2B Growth and Partnership

Location: Birchwood, Warrington
Full-Time | Leadership Role | Multi-Brand Environment
Our client, a high-growth B2B organisation operating across multiple brands and markets, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead their marketing function and drive commercial impact.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, strategic, and hands-on environment. You'll shape the marketing strategy, develop campaigns that drive revenue and retention, and oversee content, brand, partner marketing and events. You'll also manage and develop a Marketing Assistant while working closely with Sales, Procurement, Product, and senior leaders.

The Role

Driving Revenue & Retention

Build and execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads.
Lead Account-Based Marketing programmes targeting priority accounts.
Develop customer retention, lifecycle and upsell campaigns for a digital platform.
Own the marketing funnel and improve conversion rates at every stage.

Content & Brand Strategy

Define the content strategy and elevate the organisation's thought leadership.
Oversee creation of sales collateral, blogs, case studies, ebooks, and video scripts.
Maintain a consistent, high-quality brand voice.

Supplier & Partner Marketing

Manage relationships with suppliers and industry partners.
Drive participation in joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns.
Leverage partner expertise for content and events.

Campaign Operations

Plan and deliver events, webinars, paid advertising, and email campaigns.
Oversee CRM and marketing automation workflows (Click Dimensions or similar).
Track and report on campaign performance and ROI.

Leadership & Collaboration

Manage and mentor a Marketing Assistant.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Keep internal stakeholders informed and engaged in marketing activity.

About You

Required
8+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS or professional services advantageous).
Strong track record in driving revenue and retention through marketing.
Experience in demand generation, content strategy, and automation.
Analytical, commercially minded, and confident with ROI reporting.
Line management experience.
Nice to Have
Background in the public sector or social housing.
Experience with long sales cycles.
Knowledge of Click Dimensions and WordPress.
