Who you are Proven hands-on leadership experience in delivering large, complex, multi-disciplinary programmes. Strong background in healthcare, ideally with experience in diagnostics, pathology, or related fields. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale programme dependencies. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex, technical content to non-technical audiences, including senior and executive stakeholders. Extensive experience engaging with C-suite executives and high-level customer stakeholders. Committed to innovation and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery practices. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Engineering, Business) or equivalent qualifications. Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent are preferred.
