The Role We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the class teacher to support pupils’ learning, wellbeing and development, both in the classroom and around the school. The role involves working with individuals and small groups of pupils, supporting learning activities, contributing to positive behaviour management and helping to create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
