The Cyber & Network Support Technician will play a key role in supporting clients with first‑line technical issues, basic cyber‑security tasks, and routine network troubleshooting. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who want to build a long-term career in IT infrastructure and security. KEY DUTIES Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, including diagnosing and resolving common faults Support cyber‑security monitoring tasks, identifying potential vulnerabilities and escalating risks Assist in routine network troubleshooting, configuration, and securing of devices and systems Support the implementation of cyber‑security best practices to protect systems and data from unauthorised access Carry out basic cybersecurity testing and document findings Log and document all support activities in line with internal processes.
