We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Engagement Lead to join our team at HMP Huntercombe, a category C prison located near Henley-On-Thames.

Hours
Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 0900 - 1730
Salary
This position is full-time, with an annual salary up to £27,852 per annum FTE, depending on experience.

What you'll be doing
As a Patient Engagement Lead, your responsibilities will vary. You will:
* Be responsible for improving and maintaining patient engagement activities and satisfaction through effective service user engagement and peer-led forums, planning and delivering projects aligned with patients’ needs and involving patients in project and training delivery.
* Act as a point of contact, responding to patient engagement inquiries from staff, external partners, and patients. You will also oversee and manage the health champion peer support model, including delivering Health Champion training across the region.
* Ensure statutory and organisational requirements are met, conduct patient engagement activities regularly across all sites, and communicate evaluations and feedback with patients, staff, and external partners where necessary.
