McCarthy Stone is looking for an organized proactive Administrator to support our vibrant LyleCourt community in Edinburgh. In this rewarding role you will be central to enriching our homeowners experience by delivering exceptional service and seamless support alongside our Estate Manager.

Position Details:

• Hour rate: £13.01 per hour
• Hours: 30 hours per week – permanent contract, Monday to Friday throughout the year

Role Highlights

As the Administrator you will welcome visitors, manage calls, and provide essential administrative support for our residents and the Estates Manager. Key responsibilities include coordinating newsletters, managing bookings, supporting lunch reservations, and organising domestic rotas. Your attention to detail and friendly personality will make each resident feel valued.


What We’re Looking For

* Strong communication skills and a helpful, friendly attitude.
* Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
* Excellent time‑management skills.
* Confidence in using technology to support residents and staff.
