A leading UK professional services organisation is seeking a Facilities Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of its Bristol office.
This is a varied, hands-on role covering facilities management, mailroom operations, office support, health & safety administration, archiving, maintenance coordination and general workplace services.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily mailroom activities
* Provide stationery and office support services
* Assist with document production and reprographics
* Order office supplies and consumables
* Coordinate maintenance and repair requests
* Monitor cleaning standards and workplace presentation
* Support office moves and facilities projects
* Manage storage, recycling and kitchen facilities
* Conduct health & safety inductions for new starters
* Travel occasionally to support other office locations
About You
* Previous experience in facilities, office support or customer service
* Strong organisational skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment
* Experience within legal or professional services environments would be advantageous
