Salary: £78,000 - 78,000 per year Requirements: You should have strong SAP Payroll expertise with over 8 years of functional/technical experience, covering the full design, configuration, and testing of core payroll functions, including wage type creation and complex schema changes. A solid understanding of UK and Ireland payroll processes is essential, along with knowledge of SAP HCM Personnel Administration and Time Management (positive and negative). You must be confident in recommending process improvements and best-practice optimizations, and have experience delivering high-quality customer support. Familiarity with SuccessFactors integrations, particularly between EC and SAP ERP and ECP (BiB and PTP), will be beneficial. Preferably, you will have exposure to Higher Education environments (HESA, Multiple Employment, Public Sector pensions) and an understanding of S/4HANA touchpoints, BP synchronization, and the ability to debug using ABAP. Certification in one or more SuccessFactors modules is also desirable. You will deliver expert support and consultancy across our diverse Managed Services portfolio, reporting directly to the HCM Practice Lead. Your role will involve a variety of tasks ranging from ad-hoc configuration and process improvements to managing the annual UK/IE payroll patching and handling challenging mini-projects. Building trusted relationships with customers will be key, as you offer confident solution recommendations and collaborate closely with other talented SAP SuccessFactors HCM/Payroll consultants.
